Everyone must accept that the government owns you

This is true. We're now all 14th amendment citizen serfs. Voluntary servitude.

Born into "citizenship" with a silent serf contract with the lord of manor.

We accept the label of "citizen", but the definition changed with the 14th amendment.

"Citizenship" doesn't mean what most believe it means; not in a legal sense. Far from it.

It means a person accepts federal protection from physical retaliation by the states against former slaves.

But not protection from Jim Crowe laws, etc. These remained, and became the administrative state.

The administrative state; with policies, and policy enforcements. The EPA, FDA, etc. These agencies interpret laws, and create their own policies.
Policies aren't laws, but they apply to citizen serfs.
They police the serfs, and their limited privileges.
They license activities that violate policies/laws.
The corporate courts enforce the policies of the agencies on the serfs. Police enforce the policy.

The IRS. Hated by all.
Income taxes are "voluntary", but you can't volunteer out with the IRS. They don't have the jurisdiction to recognize a political change.
It's not their responsibility.

It's actually "voluntary", but most don't know how to "volunteer" out of the system.

The 14th amendment changed the nature of citizenship.
It removed Constitutional protections of God-given Rights.

The 14th scam, administered civil rights, and the laws of man. The right to vote isn't technically a civil right.
They can take it away. Disenfranchisement.

They can take your guns.
Legally.

Because, the constitutional protections don't apply to you.
Because you were volunteered out, when your parents declared you a citizen, and registered you with the state.

And you continue to volunteer out, as a "US citizen".

"Residence" became a legal condition, which applied to citizen serfs.

"Residence" doesn't mean "where you live".
It's a legal contract with the land where you domicile; where the serfs reside.
That you agreed to, when you declared residency.

This residency contract grants the state jurisdiction over you.
And it's also, voluntary. But nobody ever tells us about any of this.

We're effectively living in a condition of voluntary servitude, under modern Jim Crowe laws. Literally.

Many US oligarchical families have an entirely different legal status. They have constitutional protections. State and federal jurisdictions do not apply to them. The most relevant legal system to these folks is the ICC.
International Commercial Code. Business contracts, etc.

That's why some Americans are beyond the reach of the "law". Legally.

There is a way to volunteer yourself out of the system.

It's so easy that is almost unbelievable.

They can't refuse your declaration, and they won't say a peep.

Practically no abortions are the result of these situations - the fraction that are are statistically irrelevant. No one argues that abortions aren't warranted in those situations. Wait until you're a parent and understand the sort of horror seeing mid and late term abortions causes for mothers and fathers before you think this is bad. Also, telling people to practice some personal responsibility is not a bad thing - getting pregnant is eminently preventable.

All in all, a victory for the rights of the unborn.

This unfortunately is not true at all. Many people consider abortion murder. From that perspective, rape and incest have no bearing on the situation. Abortion to save the life of the mother might be acceptable, since self defense is about the only justification for homicide, but I'm sure there are extremists who would say not even then. Women have already been prosecuted for miscarriage too, incidentally, and I expect that to increase.

I don't think that abortions for women who were just irresponsible are acceptable AT ALL. Ever. At any stage in the pregnancy. As I said, its eminently preventable. Between abstinence, condoms, HBC, and Plan B - birth control is 100 percent effective. If you create a life, it is yours to protect - a mother killing her unborn child because she failed to practice any restraint, personal responsibility, or just common sense, as a human adult is the very epitome of degeneracy and social decline.

All that said...the overturning of Roe v Wade is not the horrible end of civilization event that everybody is whining about. Its delegating the funding/legality of abortions to the state level which is completely reasonable. The only thing that will change in most states is where the money is coming from to fund them - it'll be state taxes now instead of federal taxes.

I have some personal experience with abortion. It is certainly not something to be taken lightly. I think that late term abortions should be illegal except for extraordinary circumstances, e.g. the baby will be stillborn or suffer from horrific birth defects. However the horrors that will unfold when all abortion is made illegal I believe is beyond your comprehension.

There will be cases here like Ireland's case regarding the death of Savita Halapannavar which ultimately caused that country to overturn their ban on abortion.

Most Americans support some limits on abortion like we have in Europe.

The trouble with Roe v Wade was that it was so extreme that lots of people could hate it and neither side could really support it fully.

There's a reason the democrats never wrote it into law.

Now there's the possibility of an adult discussion about time limits and medical necessity.

And this will hurt republicans in the end because they have kept a lot of votes on this one issue which may not come out for them again.

Ehhhhh not so much. Roe was a shit decision and should never have been handed down as-written. The sCOTUS finally has undone what was a very very bad bit of jurisprudence. The amount of liberty increases as States have their rights to legislate their own policy restored.

Women, of course, still enjoy the freedom to keep their whoreholes shut (like they did all along). Literally almost all abortions are conducted for the sake of personal convenience, which is an evil perpetrated on millions of children every year. It is a good thing that the Dobbs decision reverses Roe.

I did read it and noticed the forum sliding to hide opposition.

It isn't a good thing that personal liberties are reversed on a federal level.

States can restrict further but can't increase scope.

How is it voluntary? It's not, that's why you need to build orphanages. And prisons, because those orphans aren't gonna become upstanding tax payers.

edit: there are already 400k unwanted children in foster care in the US. Future prison residents. What are you doing about those right now?

And most abortions are performed on black women. In 20 years imagine the BLM protests with 10x more blacks. If the black population in the US continues to grow it'll turn into South Africa. If you're white and you have children they'll be raped and killed by some blacks that should have been aborted. When that happens, just remember it's not their fault :)

It's voluntary to have sex and don't come crying about red herring edge cases.

Marriage helps because you have the support structure a child needs to thrive and to succeed. If you're having surprise children at least don't abandon them to fatherlessness!

Foster children are a red herring, do better

Most abortions are done on non-black women, but a larger percentage of black women have abortions. Birth control pills are only 90% reliable in real life.

They aren't the magical solution men like to think they are.

You can use it perfectly then get a stomach upset and your body won't absorb it and you might know nothing about it.

I don't have a dog in the abortion fight, so I really don't care one way or the other on the issue. But I do find it hilarious how often it's "well women should keep their legs together and not get babby in belly." This is not good at all, it's very foolish to be happy about it. There will be terrible consequences for the american society in the future, for example lots of unwanted and abandoned children who will grow up to be criminals and even terrorists, even more single mothers, higher taxes to support those fatherless children, women and teenager girls dying in childbirth or while trying to get illegal abortion and many, many others. The future looks grim and there's nothing to laugh about.

In case you don't know, my (European if that matters) government and soyciety already encourages single mothers and makes me pay high taxes so that women can offload their offspring instead of raising them themselves as they should. Perhaps women should learn something like taking responsibility instead of having others pay for their problems. And yes, abortion is legal here and abortion rates are the highest in Europe.

      Im pretty conservative but Ive never understood the urge to make liberals have more kids. If they want no offspring, thats totally ok with me. The world is better off without them.

      Apart from that, there is no good solution to this issue. It will always be a compromise. Reality is harsh, and I have no time for morons who think the government needs to step in and make it unicorns and rainbows. Even animals kill their newborn, quite often even.

      Seems to be everywhere. Most disappointing part for me is just how few will even entertain that the Supreme Court should never have heard a case like Roe v Wade. The Supreme Court exists to judge the constitutionality of cases, and there's nothing to base a judgment either way in the constitution or its amendments. Then factor in the 10th Amendment, and, yeah, they never should have set so many tenuous precedents.
