How many of you are on 1.14?

Installed the update like three days ago. Can't say I don't like it. While the illager patrols on Hardcore are not something I'd approach recklessly, it gives the world a new sense of life, and that's without even finding a village. Also lanterns surely are more fashionable than glowstone or regular torches.

I prefer the older, more moddable versions myself.

Understandable. Just the lighting engine rewrite probably made modding a little harder. Wonder how long it would be until OptiFine 1.14 is out.

Also I know this is two months old, but am enjoying optifine 1.14.4. Really was worth the wait, the loading was strange in all ways without it. Still, thanks for the reminder!

i wont be upping to 1.14 cause moneysoft has removed things relating to notch, lol

I'm on 1.14, but actually haven't really played it yet, just writing mods for it.

Right now, I'm working on RetroComputers, which is basically the equivalent of RedPower 2's computers for modern versions of the game. Basic functionality already works, it boots, you can write programs, and you can save them to disk. Pretty much rewriting the mod as it is released for 1.12 right now, and then I'm planning to add some stuff on top of that, for example this alternative style of the computer and peripherals I've gone way overboard on, which I think looks great, but was never released.

Your mod sounds interesting. Perhaps I'll swap it with open computers sometime :P
