So I recently have been trying to get into a trade and I've received like a great deal of hostility from your usual, run-of-the-mill idiot moids. Its like an affront to them, and an especially sexist one I knew in trade school has wound up at my worksite. Lo and behold, he's been completely poisoning the well where I work, telling everyone I'm incompetent and that I can't do much beyond fulfill some quota. I'm learning, so I'll admit I'm not entirely, absolutely perfect at what I do, BUT this guy doesn't even understand what he's doing most of the time and usually just breaks the equipment, blames it on poor prior usage (a la me), and takes over some of my easier duties as a reward for fucking everything up.

The crew I work with are growing a lot more hostile and this is the best job I can get right now, so I've been really nervous lately. I can't go to HR, since that nasty moid seems like he knows how to play the system, but I saw him hotboxing his car during a lunch break, in the parking lot of our zero-tolerance workplace. How do I nuke his career?
