One article says unnamed friends believe it was a reaction to the jab, official party line says there was not adverse reaction. still smells like a coverup. They said he was at an oil heress wedding, no video proof given. He is now apparently saying he didn't go to the scotland UN thing because he had to take his kids trick or treating. No proof or video given again.
