my mother is 5ft 4, my dad was 5ft 8 I believe. I ended up at 5ft 7. I have the arms of a dude that's 5ft 9. My arms literally reach right above my knees. I notice when other people are walking that their arms don't go past their waist. I have the arms of a dude that's 5ft 9 or 5ft 10 but I stunted at 5ft 7. Sucks ass every day, wish I was at least white. I will say it a billion times, if you're white and not fucking a brown chick, you're retarded. I could look exactly like I do right now, short and bald with a beer gut, but be white? I'd have the baddest latina hopping on my dick right now.

Were you fat during puberty, and/or have a shitty diet? Do you have large feet relative to your height? It sounds like you were meant to grow to be at least 5'9'' but some environmental factors stunted your height. Having a large wingspan relative to your height is a typical side effect of stunted growth.

i was like 20lbs over weight my entire childhood. i didnt start losing weight until 11th grade and I got underweight in 12th grade.
