I'm trying to figure out how to get my face to be skinny again by next semester. I weight 160lbs, I look my best at 135lbs but 140lbs is when I'm comfortable not wearing jackets to hide my weight. I need to lose 20lbs by next semester without basically starving myself. But, the only way I can think to do it is to eat maybe 3 times a week, stop drinking, and work out 3 times a week.
