They know that if a man actually got to know their real personality, they'd be rejected. Women don't sacrifice, work and achieve in the way that most men do. They don't gain validation through achievement. They gain it by rules: equality of results regardless of level of effort. Oh, you're exploited, underpaid, because men are sexist?
