Yesterday there were two leaks regarding AFU losses

  1. In the U.S., retired Col. Macgregor reported that at Gen. Zaluzhny's meeting with Gen. Milley, Zaluzhny told Milley that AFU casualties at the time were 257,000 (killed, missing, captured).

  2. At the same time, the Turkish press, citing Mossad sources, published a breakdown of AFU losses since the start of the SMO:

    • 157,000 AFU dead or missing
    • 8,052 NATO dead or missing
    • 234,000 Wounded
    • 17,320 POWs
    • 302 planes
    • 212 helicopters
    • 497 SAMs and radars
    • 6,320 armored vehicles
