Thumbnails not showing for posts

Hey team, I have noticed that today it seems that thumbnails are not showing up for a lot of posts. Is this just me or is anyone else experiencing this?

    Yeah s/Ice_Poseidon2 is having the same issue with thumbnails not showing on posts, don't know why it hasn't been fixed yet.

    An attack? There were a couple of Guests on the Chat Board a few hours ago, attacking M7 and Jason Carswell. Of course they were not tightly wrapped—the attackers I mean—but it is ridiculous to attack those two people.

    No, you're not. The person(s), Guests 15 and Guest 46, were clearly deranged and singled out you and M7 because you are both high profile and doing good work. Keep it up.

    It's fixed now. The thumbnail system just crashed randomly, it was most likely a software bug not an attack. We've had this happen a couple times before in the past few years, the thumbnail cache overflows and gets stuck. d3rr worked out a good procedure I will do to fix it more quickly if/when this happens in the future.
