Where to suggest or request new subs

Is there an appropriate place to suggest or request new subs? My account is new, so I can't make them yet.

There is a week cooldown between subs so people might not want to use their cooldown on someone elses idea.

I think the wait time is 2 weeks, better to wait it out I say. Someone who's account is more than 2 weeks old will have to make it for you if you are impatient.

Protip: run a search to see if your preferred sub already exists or not. Some popular Reddit subs are already cloned here.
