Crazy Idea: Have a personal option to upload a custom CSS file for the whole site.

Some people like it different than others. Because of this, I think it would be cool to have the option to be able to use a custom CSS file as a modifier for the entire site, and nobody else would see it except for you.

I think Reddit premium allows you to do this

Would it let you choose from a few different themes, or is it a "paste your CSS here" thing?

It was only for old Reddit and it allowed you to paste your own CSS.
