I worked at Microsoft and when I was there, free tool specifically for scanning porn submissions and flagging suspected illegal porn. I forget the name of it but I can reach out to some friends and see if they can hook you up if that's your main concern. As long as you make a reasonable effort to remove and block illegal content you wont get hassled.

I appreciate the offer, but honestly it still sounds like a ton of work that adds almost no value to saidit.
