Assange -"If wars can be started by lies, they can be stopped by truth"

But.. does it actually work?

To me it seems that we can not reach most people with the truth.

Problems

1) The corruption of the media is so enormous, that there is almost no way to get the truth out to people.

2) People often do not care that much.

3) It is easier to believe in sweet lies. Just as the words that are used in the propaganda, like "patriotism" and "for the children".

4) People are often hypnotized by violence and nonsense on media.

5) People have enough problems in their own little world.

6) People can not believe that crimes are being committed by people that the media portray as "good".

7) People find it easier to think black/white than see the dirty reality.

8) People are brainwashed or reduced in intelligence by technology and overload of information.

We often know the truth. But what is the way we can actually reach people?
