We have previously learned the 23 different forms of meditation.

Meditation with crystals and other stones can be very beneficial and boost your meditation session. But in order to do that we need which stones we need, for what we want to achieve.

I have literally turned my house into a crystal tomb... haha.

What I do is I choose a crystal, hold two (in a lightly clenched fist) of the same variety in both of my hands. I know it works because my hands go numb, and then the rest of my body goes numb.
