I eat red meat, I eat butter, I eat a lot of sea salt, and other 'icky' stuff, but I moderate my consumption. The average gluttonous fat person today, are controlled by the additives in process food that tell them to eat more; so they eat more! And more, and fucking more!

Really what's necessary, is to stop literally turning themselves into sick consuming pigs.

Everyone seems to forget that moderation is the key. Eat what you want, just make sure it's in proportion.

The thing is basically that fatties eat sugar, and sugar is the leading cause of basically all these issues. It's addictive as fuck (or more) and its metabolic properties are unique (see fructolysis), and it has a bigger lobby than the tobacco industry ever had. This lobby manufactures false news about any sugar alternatives and tries to shift blame for everything sugar causes to anything else from eating fats and oils (actually healthy) to meat (healthy and is the only food that contains everything a human needs), as well as the old bullshit distraction about cholesterol and such.

The real enemy to your health is carbohydrate consumption. If you get cancer doctors will even tell you to try to cut down on carbs as much as you can, you're literally feeding tumour growth. It makes absolutely no sense that us as humans who survived for countless millenia eating red meat actually have a major health problem associated with its consumption, with the heart no less. Just try a keto diet and see how good you feel after a few days. I tend to get heart flutters, but never if I'm doing keto and I feel so much better on it. The hardest part is sticking to it.

They were attacked because it does not support climate change dogma, not because of the impact on people’s health. Climate change is nothing more than a global political movement disguised as science.

I don't eat red meat because it's too expensive in my country and I simply can't afford it. The only meat i buy is pork, chickens and fish. Only westerners from rich countries can afford to eat beef everyday.

Researching... (WIP)

Feel free to fill in the blanks if I don't finish filling info after about a few weeks.

Big Note: We need to know who is involved in this and if it's funded by a certain organization which can manipulate results or data.

I've learned that we all have our biases regardless of data or testing. Look at their methods of testing and other elements shared.

So far this info doesn't seem to be anything new about eating less meat if you ate too much.
