"Trump tax records" was meant as referring to his private filings of expenses and income for legal tax-paying citizens. Their record may be used to trap criminals which operate indirectly via minions, thus not clearly connected to their crimes... famously what stopped Chicago mobster Al Capone.

Another meaning that occurred to me, Tax reform efforts initiated by Trump. (Maybe the word "spear-headed" is appropriate too, since Trump has been connected obscurely to OSS, which has logo like spear head). Trump's economic reforms proved to be effective to improve situation for common people, until plandemic hit in 2020, which crushed small-business, while elite wealth was boosted. No wonder the middle class of regular folks prefer Trump's tax regime to Deep-State-bankstas (banksta is the barrio-like non-rhotic pronunciation).
