It's so disgusting to see "I'm sorry for your pain" followed up with "you're ignoring X problems". They're not sorry at all.

“I’m sorry your husband beat you until you miscarried but you’re ignoring the pressure men face and how hard it is to support a family nowadays”

Society condemns mothers more than it does fathers?

When was that the case? Women are practically Karma Houdinis on these sorts of issues - it was "Post-Natal Depression" and that's fine, but if a man feels entrapped then his anxieties don't count. I'm not saying either one is right - but objectively the mother is sympathized alot more when it comes to any form of mental health issue

And that's before we start tapping into the juicy low hanging fruit that is women and crime in general.

Depends on the case tbh. Like the Dingoes ate my baby lady got a ton of shit from the media for not looking sad enough about it.

Thought that case really sucked. Can't imagine what it's like to lose your child, have the whole world mock your excuse and get imprisoned for the crime. Only for years later it to come out when they find the body that you were telling the truth. She only got released because after a few years they found her child's jacket in a place that supported what she'd been saying all along.

Rape culture does not exist outside of prison.

Secondly, single parenthood is far worse on the father, he has basically no parental rights but all the responsibility as courts side with women,
