Here's the thing nobody outside the internet hug spaces will tell you. It is extremely rare that anyone will ever "pass". People know instinctually. But if you really are that retarded.

Up to this point my gold standard for "passing" has been Patti Harrison, but I heard some voice cracks in the latest ITYSL season that just struck me as so clearly gay male. Beyond that, I wouldn't say any of them do. Hunter Schafer doesn't. Laverne Cox is just a straight up drag queen. Even stealth ones who delete their whole lives prior to transing out like Christine McConnell still give off that "vibe".

Surprisingly based comment way down that thread that alot of surgeons who do trans procedures are sadistic. It's like it's an open secret.

Like, obviously only men can get this procedure, but it seems like this surgeon has open contempt for his patients, since they probably wouldn't be getting this done if they identified as men.
