they may never see you as a woman, but other women (and enbies and men) will see you as a woman

LOL no. Not even trannies see other trannies as their expressed gender. Plenty of people may say they believe you're a woman, but in actuality it would take cosmic levels of reality-denial to fully believe it. So you can maybe fool schizos and psychos and the mentally retarded but that's about it.

If they saw each other as their desired gender then T4T dating would just be a lesbian relationship. But they call it T4T because, well..something's different.

He fails to acknowledge the one essential truth that would have avoided a lot of his complaints; he's not a woman and he never will be. So he can dress up, and he can take the skittles, and maybe even get a rotpocket installed. But it's all just a horribly expensive and elaborate game of let's pretend at the end of the day.

navigating majority cis-woman spaces as a transgirl

You are not a girl. You are a grown ass man. Why are your coworkers "women" but you're a "girl" jesus christ

I still feel socially ostracized on the basis of some terf-esque ideas around womanhood (i.e. a female coworker will get offended if I refer to myself as a "bitch",

I imagine there's a way men refer to women as a bitch and you just did it.

or a conversation shifts to topics surrounding menstruation when they wish to exclude me from a conversation)

Yes I'm sure they sit around conspiring for ways to exclude you specifically from a conversation not that you just expect every conversation to be about you.

"Here comes that man again! Let's talk about our wombs! That'll prevent him from engaging with us."

I mean you could probably make the topic about how op can't menstruate and never will be able to menstruate, which will make op sad and disphoric, then whiplash straight into the topic about how being sad about not being able to menstruate is not something any woman would want, baring of course the issue of infertility, which is a good Segway to how they'll never get pregnant.

Segway

Segue. Segway is a scooter.

Yes, I know I'm being a grammar nazi, but that one really bugs me for some reason. Sorry.

Segue? Sounds French. I don't identify as French. Don't belittle me preferred misspelling!

Most women don't talk about topics like menstruation with men around, anyway. It may have been a perverse way to 'include' him that totally backfired on them, because you can just never be a good enough ally.

I imagine this man talks like something out of Ru Paul's Drag Race, and that's probably where he gets his ideas of 'femininity' from, which is why he comes off as so crass and forced.

a female coworker will get offended if ... a conversation shifts to topics surrounding menstruation

I'm betting that the only time a conversation shifts to topics surrounding menstruation is when he brings it up, and they immediately shut it down. I'm sure they don't appreciate him and his twisted sisters always wanting to put the men into menstruation.

This reminds me of something I saw recently (may have been here?) where a FTM troon got mad because a coworker figured out the cheat code to get around using the troon’s she/her pronouns. The colleague would refer to him instead as “my esteemed colleague”. The troon even went to HR and was told that the colleague hadn’t done anything wrong.

In other words, the women at this guy’s workplace have found a way to not play his game and he’s upset about it.

Just show up and do your job. It’s work. Normal people don’t go to work looking to inflict themselves on others.

Maybe her argument was that she had no self-esteem at all.
