Exactly. It's nothing but LARPing by either the mentally ill or the sexually predatory (and more so the latter, really; the former mostly know what's up and just try to live their lives with none of the TRA drama). If I dressed up in Hogwarts' robes, called myself a wizard, and started trying to hang with 11-year-old children as a first-year student? They'd have me cuffed up before you could say "chocolate frog." But some man (or woman) wants to dress up--often poorly--as woman (or man), suddenly they need to be accommodated in that?

flip it back on them, ask why they keep saying "trans women" as though they somehow believe these women are somehow DIFFERENT from the rest
