The Ukrainian side is clearing Eastern Ukraine of its residents. Why?

From the citizen testimonials in the video, it appears quite evident that the Ukrainian side of the conflict is attempting to exterminate the citizenry from these regions. Most people have left, and "humanitarian aid" is being used by the Ukrainian forces as a cover for learning where people are and then shelling them. This is a clearly genocidal operation.

Why go to the trouble of exterminating the population and razing everything? Why are the West so complicit in this? If we take into account the fact that the West is controlled by Ashkenazis, and that the original land of these is precisely Eastern Ukraine, it seems we have our answer: They're wiping the population and installations from white Christians.
