Because he doesn't want to put in any effort. It never ceases to amaze me that this asshole took in 25k of donations for a LIFE CHANGING SURGERY to better himself and to (quote) "buy himself willpower to not over-eat" or something like that, and then immediately after the surgery he goes back to eating the same garbage that he was pre-surgery. He is so stupid that he actually convinced himself that by simply getting the surgery he would be a normal weight without having to make any life style changes. How fucking stupid can a person be?

Now he claims that he no longer has circulation problems in his foot, yet you see him constantly shaking his hands around on stream because they're asleep. It's a slap in the face to the people that donated to him and what's worst is that people STILL DONATE. Those people have a mental illness themselves

No motivation or effort to try and exercise or even balance meals because he's a piece of shit who's ego and manhood is too good for himself. He even ate Wendy's today on stream and surely wasn't cautious about hiding his nuggets or drink.🤦‍♂️🤔 Incoming heart attack in 3...2...1...
