I still see people mentioning watch people die on Reddit, often asking if we still exist. I always reply and point people here, I think everybody wants the community back to the strength it was at before.

I had an idea which is that someone could make a bot which automatically links to the new watch people die with a 'we've moved' message at any mention of the old one.

The only problem is I have zero idea how to code whatsoever. does anyone have any advice for me? I tried to find a Reddit bot making service on fiverr but couldn't come up with anything.

Also do people think that would work? Or would the account just get suspended basically immediately? I can't imagine Reddit would really like that very much, and I also think that if bots like this were allowed there would be thousands automatically linking to Youtube channels, social media accounts, Amazon products or corporate websites.
