Most likely fired by Ukraine.

The explosion also revealed a cloud of small particles. This is to create a cloud that damages a flying target that is near it or flies through it. The SAM missile targeting are hard to tune. With fast low flying objects, they can see other objects as targets, like a building.
The US missiles seem to have more problems, probably because of radar and AI combination. A radar always has all kinds of reflections near buildings.
These missiles are not designed to be used near high buildings. Which why they should not be placed in the city. But Ukraine places them inside the city, because outside the city they are quickly destroyed.
Update: Ukraine channels show particles that were spread during the explosion. They are square pieces from the fragmentation warhead of the SAM. With 100% match in size.

Here we unambiguously show that the missile was highly likely a RU Kh-101 missile descending for attack normally.

Ukraine has more often done this. Shift the blame of their own mistakes. But they also don't care about their own civilians.

The first victim of a war is the truth. And this means that without any information from the other sides, your information is likely to be wrong.
The NATO propaganda for has been overwhelming for a long time. And it is so powerful that currently you are supporting Nazi extremists in a far away country that you never knew anything about. These people have been killing civilians non-stop. And are still doing it. You know that there are minefields between Ukraine and Romania?
I know people living there. And hard life is for all of them.

It's funny how you are stereotyping people - I'm Russian, who doesn't support Putin. Such people exist, just imagine that. I'm reading this Russian state propaganda (which you are posting every day) for 20+ years, and it's just laughable that you think you know "THE TRUTH" (tm).
