They don't know how many terrorists there were. The police let them disappear into the city so they could be anywhere in Europe by now, however they are probably not that smart and will be hiding nearby. The synagogue was closed so it's unlikely Jewish people were the main focus of the attack, they shot at everyone. Certainly the social media posts by the islamists are all about anger, threats and hatred towards Europe.

There will be a lack of CCTV because of privacy laws and likely the police will start trying to delete the footage taken by the public and posts on social media by the terrorists with the same excuse. This also means it's much easier for the police to cover up what's happened or to let the attackers get away then say they were never there. The police are already saying maybe only 1 attacker is still on the run, they are arse covering, planning to fail.
