Just because we disagree on vaccines doesn't make me a fan of Big Pharma. The US is perhaps the only country in the world where Big Pharma can do anything, raise drug prices without regulation, advertise on TV (not allowed on other countries), donate billions in private (Citizens United) to politicians, promote painkillers as non-addictive (see Sackler), make healthcare unafordable for the 99%, lobby against healthcare reform, make insulin unaffordable for most people, etc. etc.

I would argue there's a difference between censoring known invalid sources, and the content they may post. There's a legitimate debate to have about vaccines, but if both parties aren't seeking the truth then it's a waste of time for the one who is.

There's also the issue of opposing existential agendas which can make agreement on anything but 'death for the other' a challenge.
