The really stupid thing is that some think that by decriminalizing it and allowing people to purchase it in a dispensary is something that will remove the criminal element and that it will provide a boost for the economy.

All it does it to allow big money to move in on the weed gangster's turf, and in many cases it is legit gangsters that are operating the dispensaries.
