I really enjoy Gladwell's pop-psych & stats books, despite a couple blind spots (ie. the permanent shadow government and their deep state). They're fast easy reads yet still make you think, often sticking to the inside of your skull, remaining popular and entertaining while educating - a very rare balance. Something to appreciate whether you like his works or not.
If you've read his Goliath book then this lecture is redundant.
I have yet to get his latest, Talking to Strangers released in September.
