Looking for books on forgiveness.

I need some good suggestions for books on forgiveness, if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

I'm sure it's probably not what you're looking for, because it's a kid's book - but The Tale of Despereaux is all about forgiveness. The book, not the movie. The movie was stupid and didn't seem to understand that the book was about forgiveness.

I'm open to any suggestions, it's quite fitting that it's a childrens book tbh. Something I should've learnt as a child but never really did.

Forgiveness for yourself or others?

Not specifically about forgiving others but Michel Montaigne, Henry Adams, and Soren Kierkegaard will get you to where you need to be imo

Brother, let me tell you from someone who knows and walked down that damn road to the end. You don't need a book or a seminar or power self actualization bs. Forgiveness comes from honesty; from being honest with yourself about what you did and why you did it. Then making a choice not to do it again ever for as long as you live and accepting that your choice will reverberate throughout eternity.

The choice is always your, as we are always free. Your forgiveness is in your hands, but it requires honesty, perseverance, and will to live better.

Not a book obviously, but Jesse Lee Peterson has taught me a lot about forgiveness.
