They are using automoderator to shadow ban users (me) and have apparently been doing it for 3 days now.

I don't want to control what you say, but I am free to characterize it as I see it. You wearing your prejudice on your sleeve is not productive toward legitimate discourse, and me not calling it out makes me complicit with the exclusion of Jewish voices who might have substantial contributions to make to the conversation. I'll drink from the same water fountain as a Jew, eat in the same restaurant with a Jew, and have a meaningful conversation with a Jew. I have no particular sympathy toward Jews, but I have a great deal of sympathy for human beings, particularly in this day and age.

If you haven't met all Jews everywhere, then how can you pass judgement on each and every Jew, or even on Jews generally? If you met someone who was ethnically Russian, would you hold them accountable for the excesses of the 1917 Revolution? Or a Frenchman for the military aggression of Napoleon? Just what is it for which all Jews everywhere are culpable? There's the old adage about not seeing the forest for the trees, but in my opinion, you can't claim to know the forest without being acquainted with a damn good many of its trees. None of the bullshit "identity groups," you know, the monikers that people like to refer to in order to pigeonhole people into neat categories, not one of them, whether it be gays, Blacks, Asians, Jews, Hispanics, etc., is a monolith. All of these dubious "groups" are composed of individuals, each of whom is a regular person whom you'd have to talk to in order to know. Drawing any conclusions about individuals you might meet before you even speak to them simply because they are members of a particular "demographic" is unjustified.

The problem with contemporary society, as I see it, is the atomization of members of the body politic. This is a tactic used to divide us all by those elites who must use it in order to maintain and consolidate their already considerable power over us all. What they most fear is genuine solidarity among the masses. If you were wronged by one or several Jews, it might explain your prejudice toward the entire class, but always keep in mind that separating off the Jews is just the first step in keeping us divided in order to bolster the power of those who already have us under their boot. Being able to find some kind of common ground with virtually anybody is a strong antidote to this, and a vital component of the recipe for Liberty. To be free, we must all be free together. Individually, we can never escape our subjugation.

Some determine their position and reject any material that can demonstrate an opposing point, it's the only way they can validate their position without losing credibility.

I had a conversation with a guy with extreme climate ideology, he refused to listen to any counter argument or opposing scientific evidence to suggest the world wasn't about to end. I passed him my mobile phone featuring an interview with a leading figure in the scientific field with credible acknowledgements in fields of climate research, the subject matter ripped the climate model software to shreds and exposed the figures as malarkey. Instead of watching it, he threw my phone on the floor and screamed "Eww, Fox News!". My fucking phone man, threw it on the floor. And who cares what platform the interview was held, that's the same tone ActuallyNot takes, dismissing content based on a provider, it's irrelevant and avoids the actual point.

Between university and running a couple of businesses, I have interacted with at least a couple thousand Jews. There's a lot of Jews here in Montreal. Not one of them cheated me, one or two of the lot may have been rude but I probably instigated it, and above all, not a single one of them murdered me.

Mods must not remove user comments and posts that are on-topic and made in good faith UNLESS one of these conditions are met:

It's clearly stated in the sub's sidebar that the moderators remove opposing opinions AND the mods must uncheck the sub setting

allow this sub to be included in /s/all as well as the default and trending lists so that the sub won't appear on /s/all. The name of the sub must ends with "_positive" or "_negative" to clearly indicate the sub's intentional bias, thus allowing the sub to appear on /s/all.

It is specifically against site wide rules unless they state it in their side bar which they don't or remove themselves from s/all which they haven't.

They lie about being a sub for good faith debate but censor those who name the jew. ie. opinions they don't like. This is not reddit.

If it's an automod rule then it's likely that comments are removed for being off topic. It would be difficult to prove that automod is acting with bias. Perhaps they simply want the topic of the sub to be limited to politics, which is entirely reasonable.

She clarified when I was shadow-banned that a mod will shadow-ban a user for "dickish behaviour", after which the automoderator looks for one phrase in that user's comments:

I like turtles

If there is no 'I like turtles' phrase in the shadow-banned user's commenet, that user will still see his/her comment (though others can't), and will get an immediate response from the automoderator:

          Automoderator has always been able to shadowban on a sub-specific basis.

          Since saidit is a fork of reddit the sitewide shadowban system does exist. There's no way to use it at the moment however. But I am fairly confident that if it ever does get enabled it will only be used against spam accounts, and potentially in extreme cases where a user keeps making alts after every single ban.

          Apparently this is the case. I've always thought of shadowbaning as being added to a sitewide blacklist by reddit itself or maybe getting your comments deleted by a rule from automoderator that targets a specific user since it's a special bot that pre filters everything before it even shows up in the API a regular bot would use. Honestly I didn't even know this old branch of reddit had automoderator.

          Shadowban from what I understand is being banned without knowing. You can interact with the community as if you weren't banned, but your votes won't count and your comments won't show up. But you feel like you are still participating.

          Shadowban on reddit was apparently global on certain scenarios because there was a sub to test if you were shadowbanned.

          I don't know how this global shadowban worked because from time to time I got messages from certain communities saying I was auto-banned from there for engaging in another community.

          There was a proposal to have all the admins coordinate, but it was shot down for the reasons I mentioned. Without that network it's difficult to form a secret society.

          There is nothing of the sort for default mods. I'm wary of default subs too, but as it stands almost all of those mods have been admins for a long time and probably created those subs.

          I don't want to see any special features or tools dished out to certain specific users or moderators. It is impossible for that not to turn into a favoritism contest. You can never fully elminate it, but I think it's been managed okay so far. It can't become a regular thing or corruption will escalate. The admins are all either founders or volunteers from a time when help was needed, it wasn't determined by membership in a certain clique of users. Also no admins except the owner can do basically anything except moderate spam, and occasionally deal with blatant rule violations. No banning subs either.

          I judge people based on their actions, not who they are. However the actions of people in their group influences how I view others in that group, naturally. This is called Bayesian reasoning. You have a lot of variability within a group, so judging an individual solely based on the group average would be incorrect, but likewise treating everyone as if they didn't belong to groups would also be incorrect. If tomorrow, the jews stopped censoring people on facebook, reddit, youtube, etc. then a lot of my criticism of them would disappear BECAUSE of their actions, but they don't. They keep censoring us.           But even if your assumption was correct, it still wouldn't be "off topic" to say that Larry Fink, the ceo of BlackRock, is a jew when talking about Larry Fink or BlackRock. It is factual and it is relevant to the topic, hence "on topic".

          If 90% of the things they post about is related to jews, then that is relevant to those topics to point out. This wouldn't happen by coincidence. Jews are a small 2% minority so we would expect their representation in problematic issues to be 2%, once every 50 post
