I don't know what exact video that was, but "FSB is blowing up Russia" is a title of Litvinenko's book:

Here's another Wikipedia page on that topic:

P.S. "Putinoids" means "Kremlin's trolls" here

1999: Explosions hit four apartment blocks in Russian cities, killing more than 300, and injuring more than 1,000. A man named Alexander Lebed claimed he is "almost certain" that the bombings were organized by the Russian government. Soon after, Lebed died in a helicopter crash, caused by an explosive device, according to his associates.

That doesn't sound much different than the United States....

1993: Truck bomb exploded in a basement-level parking garage under the World Trade Center in NYC. Six people were killed and more than 1,000 were injured.

1995: Truck loaded with explosives detonated outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. The bombing resulted in the deaths of 168 people and injured over 600 others.

2001: Word Trade Center destroyed. About 3,000 people died.

Regardless of nation, men are continually imagining evil plans.
