Mexico is awesome right now, You can get land for 5 times cheaper, make whatever you want on it, cartel doesnt't give a shit and will even help you bc the cartel they talk about doesn't exist, it's the government and poor people they want to help build. The cartel is mostly cia agents trying to stir shit up and kill people for no reason bc they watch too many cop shows.

The cartel is government bankers like here, so really not any threat, they don't give a fuck unless your talking the wrong way. NSA records yuor phone at all times so I argue it's safer and better.
