Bill could easily dispel the justified concern about his vaccination activities by releasing control of the operation to an outside party. He claims this is done with philanthropic intentions but holds at least one patent on a vaccine. This exposes him as a liar and a con artist. How much of the conspiracy theories are true is anyone's guess, but the evidence clearly shows that it isn't zero.
