In BJJ are you ever held in that positions for an extended period of time without being move or resist? Cause after you're done fighting, the match is over.

Yeah, actually the knee to the back of the neck is disqualifiable because of the dangers. Trying to take that position it would be really easy to accidentally drop all of your weight on it at once, which would end badly for the bottom

yes, im held with arms and knees + a persons full bodyweight on the front and back of my neck for minutes multiple times per week, single side chokes don't work btw.

For 9 minutes at a time? With their full weight on you? And you're unable to move and/or defend yourself?

Single side chokes take longer, that's why they aren't practiced. They are inefficient and easy to escape, you know, in a 1v1 BJJ scenario.
