About 6 months ago, I explained how small pieces of desert land in Arizona were selling for insanely high prices. To this day, I have no solid answer, more have sold and Zillow is being suspicious.

Intel just announced breaking ground on their new Arizona fab. Is it near there? If so, there's your sign. If not, it could still be hot property for similar but less urgent reasons.
