This doesn't sound like something he'd normally say. With Kanye West and Elon Musk acting weird this past week too I'm beginning to think something extra-strange is upon us.

Desperation and a terribly out of context quote. Be sure, the desperation will come a coordinated multi-pronged effort, another "cross-fire hurricane", if you will, as there are 10's of billions of dollars in dark money and several countries behind it.
