Basically, only spambots create new accounts on Saidit.

But not only does whoever owns/controls Saidit not mind, but they even seem to like/need [fake/bot] new accounts and [fake/bot] numerous page visits.

It makes Saidit, I've been told, seem more popular than it is, creating thus a false profile.

This is apparently desirable for some reason.

It's so desirable, apparently, that they pursue that fake [bot/spam-based] profile to the detriment of their real, human, Saidit users, showing complete disregard for them.

It's possible that someday the owners of Reddit buy all the Reddit clones just to put them out of business. In fact that might be why people make Reddit clones in the first place. Seems unlikely but it's easy so why not try.
