Personally if I have a party I just let all the homeless drunks hang around and bother everyone. You?

The point is they're not acknowledging that they live in a horrible city, precisely because of their hypocrasy and like typical actors they create and present whatever reality they want.

Every city does this ahead of any large event. Or even smaller events they move bums around the city. There used to be a bike festival parade that had a stop in the bum park that was on my way to school. They’d send the bums to another bum park, clean up the tall cans, cup of noodles, and needles and families from all over the city would come get their downtown experience.
