The elites are not communists and are not natural totalitarian, they are rather weak and ineffectual liberals that are trying to put out burning fires. Their ideology of liberalism was fun as long as the west functioned due to a strong culture and as long as the biosphere provided more and more natural resources..

The current leadership failed miserably with the pandemic, they couldn't even come close to stopping it. Their ideology of constant progress made them not think about how to actually handle a crisis. Their ideology of endless growth is hitting the ecological limits of the planet and the free market can't invent natural resources that dont exist. Using cheap Chinese people as slave labor ended up giving the Chinese the world's largest navy which they are now trying to contain.

The west is like the soviet union in the late 80s, the leadership consists of old people who's ideology is running into reality and they are desperately trying to keep the whole thing from falling apart.

This is true for the most part. But keep in mind, the Elites have now reached the point where they don't believe in the right of common people to own private property. That is a luxury to be enjoyed by themselves only. Hence the motto of the great reset: ''You will own nothing and be happy.'' They believe that common people should be forced to rent everything; not just the shitty little pods they live in, or the shitty little cars they drive, but even the clothes on their back!

The current leadership failed miserably with the pandemic, they couldn't even come close to stopping it.

Thats nonsense. The plandemic was integral to their plans for the great reset. The coronavirus gave them the convenient excuse to lock down countrys all over the world, killing off small businesses while the megacorporations reaped record profits. It is giving them the opportunity to create a cashless society where all financial transactions are monitored and restricted.

Thanks for pointing this out again. It's so painfully obviously who benefited from the pandemic and who was hurt. I can't comprehend why so many people can't see this.

Once they can get to this goal they will have total world control. It's basically impossible to mount revolutionary groups or impose a penalty on a authoritarian government when you have no control over land, food, currency, or material goods. All successful revolutionaries in the past had either the secret backing of wealthy rival elite group and or an armed subsistence farming base.

Some people are willfully blind. And others are just paid shills. Like the saying goes: ''It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it.''

Once they can get to this goal they will have total world control. It's basically impossible to mount revolutionary groups or impose a penalty on a authoritarian government when you have no control over land, food, currency, or material goods.

Agreed. If a large enough number of people accept this transition into NeoFeudalism, it will be the greatest setback to humanity since the Bronze age collapse. It is the darkest, most dystopian future imaginable. Our only hope is that this grim experiment fails before it is completed, either from enough people rejecting it, or from it collapsing under its own contradictions.

The you will own nothing and be happy is about continuing liberalism post peak resources. The world can't sustain more cars yet liberals want billions more people and believe happiness is to consume more and more. Their solution is that cars can be used more efficiently if there are robot taxis. Aka you won't own the car since there isn't enough resources to give billions of people their own car and you will be happy since you get to drive a lot. Capitalism strives towards making assets more liquid and commodifying things and this is their idea. Your lawn mower can become a rental service and make money thus continuing economic growth while the world produces fewer lawn mowers at the same time that more grass is mown.

We can't consume 3% more for ever so in order to grow the economy by 3% we need to use things 3% more efficiently. That means rental service which allow products to be in near constant use instead of stored in people's garages.

A global pandemic was a distaster for globalization, free trade and open borders. They want stability, they don't want to rock the boat.

Ohh no a cold is spreading and it only kills the fat, old and unhealthy! We have to stop it! This is the greatest crisis of our time!

Let's become a third world country with rampant tropical disease!

Who cares about grandma, I am a hard core individualist nihilist tt doesn't care about anything else than my self!

A cold isn't a tropical disease. My Grandma is fine, because she's healthy at 90 and not dying of cancer or heart disease.

it sucks but old people and fat people are going to need to qurantine themselves while the rest of us go back to normal. Blame china.

That's what we should have done at the start. Better yet, camps for fat people and I'm not talking about death-camps. I'm talking about workout camps.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (15 children)

yeah I have long thought that, so many women are fat that it has dramatically reduced the supply of fuckable females, and that's why population is declining. Their food intake needs to be reduced.

[–]FrenologistSaving the World 1 Cranial Exam at a Time 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (14 children)

Put all fat people into camps. Place the living quarters about 10 miles from the kitchen/cafeteria. They have to walk 10 miles for food and then 10 miles back to sleep.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (13 children)

the 10 miles won't matter if they pig down once they get there, eating less is more important than exercising especially for women, I don't need them to be muscled up anyways just not fat.

[–]FrenologistSaving the World 1 Cranial Exam at a Time 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (12 children)

Small portions and only healthy food.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (11 children)

I've kidnapped your grandma and to get her back you'll have to play Russian roulette with a 1911.

People are increasingly repulsed by the left and its trannies, worship of black criminals, extreme sexual decadence, and xenophilia. The honeymoon phase is over and liberalism no longer commands the hearts and minds as it once it. It's no longer the seductive blonde sporting a mini skirt, now it's an obese black tranny with pink hair and a ''feminine penis''.

This is the problem in a nutshell. Most people are hedonists, they enjoy a certain degree of degeneracy. But progressive liberalism has morphed into a form of hyper-degeneracy that repulses normal people. And it isn't capable of dialing down its degeneracy or restraining itself, because thats not how progressivism works.

Most of your analysis is true except the New World Order nonsense at the end.

So who are "they". You mentioned the world economic forum. You are saying these people involved in this high profile organization are all in on an elaborate worldwide conspiracy to commit genocide and mass murder on a never before seen scale, and yet nobody has talked. Nobody has spilled the beans. Nobody said gee wait guys, this is crazy, we could all wind up executed if the people find out, count me out.

How many people were recruited into this global conspiracy, and none of them has talked? They are already filthy rich, but they want to risk it all to carry out some doctor evil shit. How many doctors, scientists, corporate types involved? No one has talked. Famously neurotic and paranoid Jews and zionists, who have their hand in every pie imaginable and have a global surveillance operation in place that is unprecedented in history are being completely fooled by these group of wiley elites with little in common other than being rich and powerful. Everyone is being fooled except some conspiratard trumpie internet sleuths.

As has been pointed out, its not plausable, not realistic. It's constantly changing cartoonish nonsense that defies logic and human nature. Its literally dumber and more implausable than qanon.

cultural marxism

Stop using that ridiculous term.

It's not ridiculous at all. The frankfurt school wrote the textbook on how to destroy western societies- by promoting racial guilt and sexual perversion.

I think problematization of the term Cultural Marxism on non-optical grounds (i.e. that there is something intrinsically wrong with the term) is simply wrong. It seems to suggest one of two things:

  1. Gramsci, Althusser, The Frankfurt School, etc. were simply capitalists. Therefore, 'Cultural Capitalism'.

  2. Gramsci, Althusser, The Frankfurt School, etc. were indeed anti-capitalists but their influence is overestimated to the extent that someone else must be to blame for the things normally attributed to them. Therefore, again, 'Cultural Capitalism'.

The first is obviously unworthy of consideration. I don't see any obvious reason to believe that the second is correct either, since it implies that Gramsciian humanist Marxism is not an influence on contemporary Critical Race Theory, that Althusser was just a nobody rather than somebody immensely popular in academia until the late 1970s or so, that Marx and Engels did not call for abolition of the nuclear family and only had intentions to change the economy, and other implications that are very clearly just plain wrong.

If neither of these claims is true... then what leg does the 'Cultural Marxism is really Cultural Capitalism' narrative have left to stand on?
