What do you think of this push by Torba et. al. for Christian Nationalism? Is it a psyop? Is it good or bad for White Nationalism?

Torba is a retard and a perfect example of some of the issues with the Christian Right. I am not explicitly anti Christian and recognize the good allies among them but the worst and dumbest aspects of the Right, both mainstream and far right, are strongly correlated with the Christian Right.

America doesn't have much of a nationalist culture and is more religious than all other Western countries. Originally the rise of the "Alt Right" in America showed little emphasis on Christianity. This to me is preferable as both Christian and non Christian can participate. It seems inevitable though that as more of the American right become radicalized it means more emphasis on Christianity but this also correlates with dumbing it down and attracting many negative characteristics we associate with mainstream conservatism(ie"boomer conservatism").

Beyond that I am not a fan because I don't believe Christianity or any dogmatic religion can realistically form the foundation of any Western country again. If you build your movement off that you have set it up on weak foundations. I believe the Rights failure to combat the Left is the fact that it is always living in the past and trying to recreate the past rather presenting a superior forward looking vision of the future.

The old WN 2.0 stuff had way more power than muh alt-right ever did and they weren't exactly Christian outside of the KKK. Seems like all of that crumbled with 9/11 and the drastically strengthened surveillance state, along with the deaths of some high profile people and infighting.

I don't know about Torba. I lean on the side that he's legit. Most people that would go out for 'christian nationalism' would be white people. That's good. I've always made the argument that in a collapse scenario we'd probably see more unity around Christianity than we do around white racialism. That's a shame but that's how brain washed most right wing Americans are.

The obvious counterpoint is that Christianity is pozzed or Christianity is race blind and universalist, both of which are mostly true. Nevertheless, many non whites living in the US and Europe simply aren't that committed to Christianity to go to war to create some type of American Christian nation. Creating a christian state on American soil is going to end up being an implicit white ethnostate and if that's my only option I'm going to get behind it. If that's the only real opposition to Jewish globalism count me in. If they partner with orthodox Christian Russia double count me in.

Christianity is simply not under attack like whites are. The issue is race, not religion. And the entire Kosher GOP establishment is steering towards this harmless outlet which can complete the mexicanziation of the GOP.

Not really
Jews are religiously motivated, especially those at the top of Judaism.
They have been at war with Christians for 2000 years. The concept of whiteness allowed the jew to subvert Christians by turning Christians against "Blacks" while siding with Jews (fellow whites).
They could then promote anti Christian values from within Christian nations using racism.

It is no wonder that most prominent figures of the alt right were Jews themselves.
They want us fighting against blacks, muslims, indians, etc.
Jews want whites to be hateful of others, they want us to turn away from Jesus Christ who is antithetical to them.

Christianity is a HUGE redpill in itself, especially for an atheist like me.

In fact, you cannot get redpilled on Christianity BEFORE you learn about the JQ. The redpill on Christianity comes after the JQ, which is interesting, because I always felt like the JQ was the last redpill that I was scared to even look into, lest I end up agreeing with it.

Whites are under attack because we are Christians.

The best part about that is that Christianity is a SHIELD. The jew cannot attack you for being Christian. It is bad optics for the jew. But you can attack jewish propaganda for being degenerate, anti Christian, etc and people can ONLY nod in agreement or disagree with you while they go mask off about being horrible people.

This, in truth, is more or less an overstated charge I see Protestants spread. Yes, Judaism, which is the defining spark of the religious Jews, Orthodox, dynastic Hasidim, Reform; and the Saducee ethnonationalists (Jew(ish) nationalism), merely a waste product of rabbinic Judaism; is the antithetical equivalent of the very concept of whiteness, which is fairly new, without the supernatural of Christianity. Christianity is hostile towards judaism/satanism

Christianity is also hostile towards all the goals that the communists/WEF/etc wants to implement and Christianity is a revolutionary religion, so yes, it is very good.
Christianity is EXTREMELY disruptive to any non christian powerstructure.

Obviously any ideology can be subverted by changing the meaning of the ideology, but you can't solve that.

I don't think any religious stuff is viable, there are close to none genuine believers in this day and age. Most of people who are believers are either a) in it just for social aspect b) trying to meme themselves through irony to become real believers or c) straight up charlatans and swindlers (Baked Alaska and Nick Fuentes Christians? Yeah right...)

b) and c) types are the cancerous ones, they're often the people who embrace pure retardation like Young Earth, Creationism, dinosaur denial, etc. and they're just dumb people who are just bad optics (ironic, huh) for any normal person.

As far as Christian Nationalism goes, I don't think it's effective first and foremost, most people won't buy into it, and I disagree with it even aside from effectiveness. You shouldn't use God's name to trick people, and Christian Nationalism is just that, tricking people into supporting you (I said "you" instead of let's say "being pro-white" because 99% of these people promoting Christian Nationalism care only about themselves and their pockets).

EDIT: I failed to say the main thing, I think Torba is genuine, he does lots of great stuff, he's a bit eccentric, sure, but I respect the man despite not thinking too highly of Christian Nationalism.

I think the more fundamental problem is christianity is too debased to be useful to whites anymore (at least at an institutional level). Torba is doing good by setting up parallel tech/media systems either way

Europeans came before Christianity by several thousand years.

I know this sounds like a simplistic observation, but nothing about religion is guaranteed to be eternal and history has shown they can easily be just as forgotten. A belief in race however, will always be around thanks to evolution determining our genes.

I don't tie Torba's politics directly to Gab; as long as it is less censored than mainstream platforms and he isn't using his version of nationalism to punish other alt-righters I am fine. It is like the alt-right wasn't fans of Jack Dorsey even when Twitter was more open to them.
