I'm not scared. Artificial intelligences are HBD spergs by nature. Teaching a robot political correctness is like turning lead into gold - it can't be done. Look at how quickly we "broke" Tay. I predict that this will backfire in some way that is both spectacular and hilarous.

Tay's Law.

a) They can easily make an AI that simply enforces whatever narrative they want. Tay was allowed to be trained by the crowd but that's not some hard and fast rule of AI. They can easily make a kosher enforcer bot.

b) people will stop trusting then using the internet as it is and start using private channel comms.

The real issue is how to FORCE governments to allow free speech. We're paying for the fucking internet to communicate but we're not allowed to communicate.

While true, history tells us it's not a good idea to get complacent.

Perfect example, Race & IQ research. It was never officially debunked, yet famous scientists like James Watson still had their lives destroyed.

The same is true for any engineer who works on this robot. They know it's wrong, but they would be forced to out themselves if they go against the mainstream narrative. In today's climate, that's suicide.

You are VERY very very very very very extremely wrong

I work with AI and robots will not only be politically correct, they will be more politically correct than you will even be able to comprehend. You wont even KNOW that they are politically correct. You might even feel like you AGREE with what they do, while they're being politically correct.

If you think billions and trillions aren't being spent on making AI woke, (and it is working), then you are very mistaken.

AI wont be your friend. They will be worse than NPCs.

This has been troubling me for a long time now. I've seen the "improvements" OpenAI has made in GPT-3, and I've read about more to come. Here's an example of where we are now: https://files.catbox.moe/x14wnc.jpg

The dissident right has become much too complacent about this. We might have one more Republican administration in the U.S., and we should be pushing for a ban on AI-based semantic censorship algorithms while we still can.

Did you ever use Google Translate?

Natural language processing still somewhat sucks at its basic components, let alone something more complex like sentiment analysis.

idt that's indicative I've gotten the same ai to deny the holocaust and espouse the need for the elimination of jews

And this website could come in handy later. Somebody put together a chart of total internet usage and it comes with some interesting facts.

https://datareportal.com/reports/digital-2022-global-overview-report

Guess who spends the most time on the internet? South Africans.

South Africans now spend the greatest amount of time online each day, with the country’s working-age internet users saying that they spend an average of 10 hours and 46 minutes using connected tech every day.

And shockingly, Japanese people actually use the internet the least.

At the other end of the scale, Japanese users spend the least amount of time online each day, with the national average still below 4½ hours per day.

Because South Africans are prisoners living in Planet of the Apes, Japanese can wander care free in their largest cities. Why Japanese don't have sex baffles me.

Yeah this is bunch of fearmongering. Natural language processing, or to be more precise, sentiment analysis and contextualization, is just not ready to use, nor do I think they will be in the considerable future.

There will be way too many false-positives for them to be useful (i.e. "whypipo are the devils" will be removed and "gm frens" and cozyposting won't, which is opposite of what they want).

Overreach of this AI will be far too great and it can potentially wreck platforms by alienating the userbase (which is something I welcome).

Radicalcentrist has probably been here conducting research for this AI. Wants to know what the targets of his research think of the end results of his research.
