This sounds quite strange. In the first place, why would anyone compare the performance of different ethnic groups with language-based IQ tests? We already have pattern recognition IQ tests for that, which are accessible to everyone regardless of what language they speak. Language-based tests can be interesting and can say a lot about verbal intelligence, but when it comes to general intelligence, pattern recognition tests are preferred and are considered the standard, isn't that the case? I have not researched the literature on comparative IQ testing, but my impression was that pattern recognition tests already are the norm.
