Sounds pretty ridiculous when put like that but therapy is about as effective, and I don't mean that in a good way.

I've not seen any detrans person describe themselves like that.

Phrases like "medical malpractice", "still tackling the issue transitioning helped me avoid" and "extreme PTSD" are more common.
