The Fed keeps hiking the rate, I'm sure they're generating an economic crash due to overpriced money. They're relying on indicators that are largely detached from reality to revise their interest rate decisions. They've created a bubble by having the interest rates at 0% for 8 damn years straight, and now that Trump is president they're going to ratchet it up until that bubble pops, then they're going to blame it all on him.
I'm not a huge Trump fan, but this seems to be so obviously coming down the pipeline. Then the democrats will be elected in response to this economic crisis that was "caused" by Trump, when in reality it was caused by years of deliberate Fed interest rate policy.
It's very upsetting when our entire economy is being jerked around as a political ploy. Millions of people lost their homes in 2008. The Federal Reserve was created in 1913 in order to stabilize the money supply, to prevent these constant boom-bust cycles, but in reality they haven't stopped and instead are now planned for by the Federal Reserve. And those who attach themselves to these cycles profit greatly, so there's a lot of incentive to continue the cycles. It's messed up.
