Got to handle a Ruger SR9 today and was quite impressed with its lightness and nice full grip.
Did some research at home and learned they have an SR9c which may be more appropriate for concealed carry. It's got a magazine attachment which extends the grip as well as allowing higher capacity magazines.
The next thing I learned was that they have a 9e model which typically sells for under $300. Additionally it has the advantage of lacking the silly "Loaded" bar which pops up on the slide when a loaded magazine is inserted.
People seem to like these handguns for their reliability and "crisp" trigger action.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
