Is there anyway to unblock someone?

I'd like to unblock someone but believe it's currently possible. Please help.

Preferences > blocked

I was just making a pun on a youtuber's name, Louis Rossman.

"Fitter. Happier. More productive." is one of the things he mutters to himself while he's fixing Macbooks and ranting about Apple on YouTube. His channel is "rossman repair group" or something to that effect.

It's edutainment at it's finest.
