I can only vote, comment and post in the browser, but not in the app. Why?

Maybe because my account is brand new? Sorry if I'm doing this the wrong way, I'm posting for the first time.

I think we talked on reddit and got you sorted out. One known limitation on android 10, is that it is only refreshing your inbox/notifications count when the app starts up for the first time.

Yes, kinda sorted out since I know how it works, but I won't be using the app since I still can't fill in the captcha without blocking the entire phone completely. This was posted from desktop. Thank you for your patience while explaining :)
