I'm not sure whether the admin tools includes that functionality, or whether they would be inclined to do something outside of their normal duties of responding to spam and rule violations anyway, but you could try directly messaging one of em if you are really champing at the bit. Zapped and Vulptex are the two admins that I know are somewhat active these days
