I've ordered from alibaba, and aliexpress a few times without incident. The questions you seem to be asking, would be better I think for a specialty board(expat?), or perhaps even some serious foot work, as it sounds like a large investment.

It sounds like you need a broker. The major carriers all provide brokerage services. Google fedex, ups, or dhl brokerage and start from there.
