Anarchy in the USA. It's not the same as chaos. Anarchy: absence of government and absolute freedom of the individual, regarded as a political ideal. The US got along without an income tax and a Federal Reserve until 1917. We can once again.

No rulers on top no slaves on the bottom.

Just as "conspiracy theorist" was weaponized, so too "anarchism" has been. Despite what a search will yield, "chaos", the fact is the vast majority of anarchists are not the bomb throwers of yore, nor the looting rioters. Specifically those rioters are not experiencing true anarchy because they are not without their rulers, as it's the rulers and their police standing by watching that let all the shit slide yet do nothing.

I'm actually just getting started with the video game "We Happy Few" and this meme reminds me of what I'm familiar with in the game so far. Are you familiar with the game at all?

I don't do games, but if I did I suspect I'd like it based on that image I found online somewhere.

So if I suggest alternative solutions, you just respond with "whataboutism"?

I used a found image to make a meme. How about you try that?

It's "howaboutism" not "whataboutism.

I'm down with most of the solution but we're operating at near peak stupidity right now - so unless you want Shadowrun/Cyberpunk (replacing cool cyberware with bullshit smartphones and fit-bits) we're going to need a strong authoritarian post-revolution government to accomplish most of the objectives.

The issue with getting there is that the monopolies, banks, and the deep state have such a stranglehold on communication that it's difficult to achieve. As a result the best outcome we are likely to get is state level balkanization in the US, and these new countries will be subverted by globohomo almost as soon as they crop up - unless run by uncompromising authoritarian radicals of whatever stripe.

That's what they want you to think.

If the police and government and the media were actually responsible to the well-being of the people then none of this would have happened, now would it continue to. It's all bullshit theater. Yes it's affecting some neighborhoods - but the vast majority of neighborhoods around North America and the world are NOT behaving like the freak show fear porn.

More centralized authoritarian government power (and banks and corporations and media) is NEVER the answer. Better government always is - yet they always get worse. The ruling class serves only the ruling class. Take away their power and return it to regional communities where there's actually some accountability and responsibility and then you'll have solutions.

This is the class war over ideas: centralize authority or grassroots communities. They have more power in all senses, but we have more way more people. They have everything to lose and we may need to get to where we have nothing to lose before we wake the flock up.

It's "howaboutism" not "whataboutism

Good point.

"Whataboutism" is a distraction blame game.

Your usage of "Howaboutism" sounds like proposed alternative actions.

How about twice? Now three times!

Not just stolen or bailed out money, but the entire thing is a centralized usury scam with interest payed on interest for eternal debts and over-complicated shit that we the people never bargained for when voting for puppets not on issues. I could go on but essentially the entire matrix of rigged systems feeds the corporatocracy and the buck stops there in the banks.

I love your idea: " Break them up entirely and disperse those funds (after paying savers). "

    But how?

    Here's some ideas:

    • more transparency - aim for 100%
    • make credit unions and trusts instead of banks
    • restore integrity with simplicity and authentic guarantees
    • limited to their region ONLY (ie. city or state/province maximum)
      • I don't know exactly how to balance diversified currencies, international trade, etc. yet being limited to a small region, but I sure it can be worked out.
    • completely separate from:
      • the markets and speculative gambling (the independent free market can do that if it must)
      • insurance industry (create new insurance trust-union-coops similar in nature)
      • the corrupt legal system as much as possible, yet maintain the good parts
      • corporate influence and corporate media
      • centralized government (as much as possible)
      • disposable culture
    • prepare for the worst and hope for the best
      • expect infiltrators, corruption, smears, scandals, sellouts, new laws, cyber war, sanctions, military, etc (transparency will help with some)
      • croud-source network with other communities for their experience in how they deal, adapt, evolve, the pros and cons, mistakes and gains - it can all help, and they should try to have your back when needed
    • embrace ParEcon (like worker coops but for credit unions) and democratic voting on:
      • how the trusts are set up
      • who manages them for the people, who will be held responsible (not covered by some LLC)
      • how you participate
        • interactive contracts rather than be forced swallow what they grant you
        • don't allow them to change the terms without your agreement
    • embrace diverse currencies, precious metals, valued physical investments, and cryptocurrencies
    • embrace alternative economics and anti-consumerism with sustainability:
      • Community Coops (to manage the libraries, community policing, gardens, infrastructure, maintenance, etc.)
      • FairTrade
      • Freecycling, Recycling, Repurposing, Reusing, Upcycling, DIY, Makers, etc
      • Geothermal heating/cooling and greenhouses
      • Gifting Economy / Sharing Economy
      • Libraries Galore - not just books!!!
        • Oakland has a fantastic tool library where you can take out amazing tools - for free!
        • Imagine your community had 6 top notch lawn mowers and 6 top notch sewing machines instead of everyone owning a cheap one.
          • Manage reservations via open-source app, like much of this stuff could be.
        • Each community has a pickup, van, and/or trailer available for stuff.
          • Most people generally don't need large vehicles regularly, so most should drive smaller vehicles.
          • Dash cams can record it all to keep people responsible and not drive it like a rental.
      • ParEcon
      • long term goals - from higher quality goods to seventh generation planning
      • develop flexible work opportunities for the disabled, people with mental health issues, the elderly, they young, etc
      • value all work - from basement dwellers making open-source to home-maker moms to artists to whatever is currently not "earning"
      • embrace all forms of waste to develop new practical resources (this is too big a topic to expand on briefly here)
        • if it's still waste then it needs to be seriously examined and reconsidered
    • be involved in your own fate - interactive participation and co-ownership is critical to healthy responsible communities
      • the days of convenience are over - don't be lazy and just leave all responsibility with the management of the new trusts
      • similarly, SaidIt is a community, and we must be vigilant and help self regulate and not leave all the work for the mods or admins

Yes, many of these ideas are similar to Agenda 2030 social credit score shit and a completely rental society where no one owns anything - which is completely evil. In my fantasy outline above, the regional community owns and manages their stuff - not the banks, corporations, nor some centralized government. Transparent accounting is kept, people buy in and get paid out when leaving, and disputes may be settled openly within the community. It's not perfect but it's MUCH better.

If you think this is all impossible then I say you're a naysayer. People can be motivated. Whether it's for a war or to hide from a virus or to riot, it's possible for people to take action and take responsibility - despite all the propaganda and shit in the media. But it has to be authentic grass roots via word of mouth, practicality, and reason.

I'm quite sure there's more I forgot or hadn't thought of but that's a start.
